For all forms of public supply that include all domestic and small business consumers, prices are set by the Energy Agency within the Ministry of Energy.

The basic principle that guides AERS when determining gas resale prices for public supply for all distributors in Serbia is related to:

• movement of the dollar's exchange rate against the dinar,

• movement of oil derivative prices on the world market,

• existing infrastructure and the size of the distributor when determining the retail price of gas to end customers.

It is assumed that this form of market contracting with large business consumers, in a year when market conditions are expected to become more established, will be variable, with the possibility of changing contractual terms which, for now, are essentially transferred contractual terms that JP „Srbijagas“ sets terms for distributors.
