FORMING THE SALES PRICE OF GAS\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

For all forms of public supply, which include all households and small business consumers, prices are determined by the Energy Agency under the Ministry of Energy.<\/span><\/p>

The basic principle governing AERS when determining gas retail prices for public supply for all distributors in Serbia is related to:<\/span><\/p>

  • movement of the dollar's exchange rate against the dinar,<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • movement of the price of oil derivatives on the world market,<\/span><\/p><\/li>

  • existing infrastructure and the size of the distributor for whom the selling price of gas to end customers is determined.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Pricing of\u00a0<\/span>mentioned<\/span>\u00a0The subjects (households and small business consumers) are exclusively the discretionary right and obligation of the Energy Agency, which exists as the sole regulatory body for this area of energy, and no distribution company in Serbia can influence its decisions. The principle for determining these prices in the Energy Agency is programmatically established within the Agency itself, with a large number of factors influencing the precise determination of sales<\/span>e<\/span>\u00a0cen<\/span>e<\/span>\u00a0and will continue to be subject to all regulations under the new Consumer Act<\/span>\u201e<\/span>Sl<\/span>u\u017ebeni\u00a0<\/span>messenger<\/span>\u201cRS<\/span>\u00a0Great Britain<\/span>:\u00a0<\/span>62\/2014), as far as the start of price application, the way of informing the public, consumers, etc. is concerned.<\/span><\/p>

    The second pricing principle relates to market negotiation and market-determined pricing for large consumers.<\/span>\u00a0JP\u00a0<\/span>\u201eSrbijagas\u201c as a gas supplier to public distributors\u00a0<\/span>offered<\/span>\u00a0cen<\/span>u<\/span>\u00a0gasa sa cenom kapaciteta<\/span>\u00a0different for all distributors in Serbia according to their significance and size, with only the starting purchase price of gas defined for each individual distributor, expressed\u00a0<\/span>in dinars to the equivalent value at the middle exchange rate for the US dollar<\/span>. How is the dollar exchange rate on our market?\u00a0<\/span>every month changes,<\/span>\u00a0This effectively means that the purchase price of gas for all major\u00a0<\/span>distributor<\/span>\u00a0In 2018, it will be different each month and determined based on this criterion, also taking into account the movement of oil derivative prices on the world market.<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>

    Distributors in Serbia do not have the option to view the methodology for setting sales prices.<\/span>e<\/span>\u00a0cen<\/span>e<\/span>\u00a0the gas price by JP \u201eSrbijagas\u201c, nor the possibility of verifying other parameters that affect the formation of that price.<\/span><\/p>

    Price fixing between\u00a0<\/span>JKP \u201eSuboticagas\u201c<\/span>\u00a0large consumers (buyers) are defined by a contractual relationship, where the selling price of gas, depending on the size of the consumer, includes an amount to cover the distributor's operating costs, as well as network charges and a capacity surcharge.<\/span><\/p>

    JKP\u00a0<\/span>\u201e<\/span>Suboticagas<\/span>\u201cSubotica<\/span>\u00a0he signed a contract with Most for 2018<\/span>m<\/span>\u00a0your\u00a0<\/span>previous<\/span>\u00a0business consumers.<\/span><\/p>

    This form of market contracting with large business consumers is expected to be variable in the year when market conditions are to become more established, with the possibility of changes to the contractual terms which, for now, are essentially transferred contractual terms that have\u00a0<\/span>JP\u00a0<\/span>\u201eSrbijagas\u201c sets terms for distributors.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
